This role will also have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the system and attend executive level leadership meetings.Schedule:
Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p
Temporary position from June/July 2026 to June/July 2027
Pay and Benefits:
Salaried rate of $75,000/year

Core Functions:
Shadow and mentorship opportunities with C-Level leaders and governance functions, roles, meetings, etc.
Participate in projects related to strategic planning/deployment, various hospital and clinical operational projects.
Lead and participate in project management.
May provide direct service line leadership responsibilities on an interim basis.
May gain exposure to rural health administration.
