We need a scrum master like you to create solutions that’ll provide management, oversight, and delivery for Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) Cybersecurity solutions and client engagements, including aspects of testing and evaluations, reports delivery, and event execution aligned to the Agile processes and procedures. This opportunity is unique because we are open to less experienced individuals who have a passion for organization, client engagement, and broadening their skillset. For those interested in expanding their Scrum knowledge, training opportunities will be provided.On our team, you’ll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You’ll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like JIRA you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish management and metrics analysis that support DoD and Federal Agency client projects within the Cybersecurity domain and provide data and presentations with clients and team members on the secure design of OT and ICS environments. In this role, you’ll directly impact the DoD, by providing management and projections for project work streams and working with the team to develop high-quality interim and final deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate with senior leaders to develop timelines and project pace regarding team rhythms to complete events and activities. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
