Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Interior Designer with strong design sensibility and technical proficiency in Revit to join our team focused on education sector projects. This role offers a fast-track opportunity to grow into a Project Manager position, ideal for candidates ready to take on leadership responsibilities and drive project success from concept to completion.Responsibilities
- Lead interior design efforts for K-12, higher education, and institutional projects.
- Develop design concepts, space planning, FF&E selections, and finish palettes aligned with client goals and educational standards.
- Produce detailed construction documents and coordinate with architectural and engineering teams using Revit.
- Participate in client presentations, stakeholder meetings, and design reviews.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with increasing autonomy.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to proposals and interviews.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience with a portfolio showcasing education projects
- Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Interest in growing into a Project Manager role; prior leadership experience is a plus
