- Excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail
- Change agent with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels to engage, educate and shift existing behaviors and beliefs
- Excellent presentation (written and verbal) and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business
- Ability to effectively share technical information and train and mentor less experienced or knowledgeable team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience that proves competence in role may be considered.
- 7+ years of overall IT experience, specifically around IT Infrastructure and Operations within a large complex or global business
- IT experience in a manufacturing environment demonstrating a proven program, project and process management skill sets. OT experience a plus
- IT Infrastructure experience within a cloud-based environment, preferably experienced with migration from on-premises
- Knowledge of standards and methodology of Project Management
- Experience with Mergers and Acquisition integration a plus
