  • Developing and implementing both short and long-term strategies
  • Infrastructure Program and Project Delivery
  • Infrastructure and Operations Architecture
  • Vendor/Partner and Contract Management
  • Infrastructure Financial Management
Who You Are:
  • Proven ability to deliver leading edge IT Infrastructure and Operations programs and technology in CPG/Manufacturing
  • Experienced implementing Microsoft and cloud based solutions
  • Passion for achieving excellence in delivery including program operationalization partnering with multiple non-IT functions
  • Excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail
  • Change agent with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels to engage, educate and shift existing behaviors and beliefs
  • Excellent presentation (written and verbal) and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business
  • Ability to effectively share technical information and train and mentor less experienced or knowledgeable team members
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience that proves competence in role may be considered.
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience, specifically around IT Infrastructure and Operations within a large complex or global business
  • IT experience in a manufacturing environment demonstrating a proven program, project and process management skill sets. OT experience a plus
  • IT Infrastructure experience within a cloud-based environment, preferably experienced with migration from on-premises
  • Knowledge of standards and methodology of Project Management
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisition integration a plus
