Tom Wood Ford in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a dedicated and skilled All Brands Automotive Technician. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles of various makes and models, including luxury cars.Responsibilities:
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services quickly and efficiently
  • Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Ensure proper documentation of all services performed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating vehicle issues and repair recommendations clearly
  • Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on various components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and more.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards for service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
  • ASE certifications.
  • Appropriate tool set to accommodate all brands.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • A team player with a commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship.
  • Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
  • Required- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
