- Maintain confidential client/partner files.
- Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, the building partner(s), and clients.
- Complete and maintain accurate catering event calendar, catering orders and agreements, email communication with clients and/or the partner(s).
- Manage small group events, in-house events, tradeshow exhibitor catering services
- Experience in hospitality, events and/or catering.
- Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to prioritize assignments from a variety of sources and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals.
- Proven attention to details and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
