This position is required onsite 5 days a week in East Liverpool Ohio.General Job Description and Duties:Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)Check computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionalityInstall and configure appropriate software and functions according to specificationsDevelop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performanceEnsure security and privacy of networks and computer systemsProvide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipmentOrganize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their workPerform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance scheduleIdentify computer or network equipment shortages and place ordersTravel to client sites to perform IT Support dutiesCreate documentationComply with project plans and industry standardsParticipating in on-going process improvement initiatives.Meet business objectives assigned by the Managing PartnersCommunicate with end users to troubleshoot software defectsPatriciate in periodic project update meetings with ManagementAnalyze IT specifications to assess security risksDesign and implement safety measures and data recovery plansInstall, configure and upgrade security software (e.g. antivirus programs)Secure networks through firewalls, password protection and other systemsInspect hardware for vulnerable points of accessMonitor network activity to identify issues early and communicate them to IT teamsAct on privacy breaches and malware threatsServe as a security expert and conduct trainings when neededDraft policies and guidelinesRequired Skills:

Education/Experience
A Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
0-2 years of increasingly responsible experience in an information technology environment.
