PAY RATE: Up to $67.31/hourWe are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.Job Details:Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)Clearance: Active secret clearance requiredPer Diem: AvailableIndustry: Aerospace / Defense / AviationBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Cigna)Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplierOpenings Nationwide: Thousands of opportunities across the U.S.Qualifying Questions:Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?Summary:Support multiple platforms: AWACS (US, Saudi, NATO), AEWC (Australia, Turkey, UK, Korea), B-1, B-2, B-52, and ALCM weapon systemsWork on AWACS SEIT, supporting international airborne command and control platformsDevelop and execute tests to verify functional requirementsOperate airborne mission systems equipment in the integration labApply systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools for system integrationCreate test procedures, document results, and ensure integration requirements are metPerform data analysis to validate compliance with requirementsSupport integration project management through process documentation, tools, and metricsCollaborate with hardware and software engineers to troubleshoot integration issuesRequirements:Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (required by the U.S. Government)Typically requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's with relevant experience).Advanced level: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, Master's with 3+ years, PhD, or 9+ years of directly related work experience.Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).AWACS/E-7 operator, ground-based operator, or systems testerExperience performing military systems verification testingPreferred Qualifications:Link-16/BLOS/DLO Operator, MAJIC/Planner classes, or JICO patchES/EW Operator or completion of Electronic Warfare CollegeAirborne Radio or Communications Technician experienceFormer AWACS operator strongly preferredAbout Us:The Structures Company is a premier national aerospace and defense staffing agency specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements.
