(+) manufacturing facility. This role needs an inventory leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys improving process flow, warehouse layout, and overall inventory accuracy.
Anticipate $85K-$95K (+), based on experience

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of inventory control for raw materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished goods.
Oversee cycle counting, reconciliation, adjustments, and history tracking.
Supervise a team and drive process improvements in layout, planning, and flow design.
Partner cross-functionally to validate processes, review work orders
Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
5–7 years in manufacturing inventory/warehouse management; supervisory experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP, Excel, Barcode Scanning
Strong analytical/communication skills
Physical ability to lift 25 lbs, work in warehouse conditions
