- Lead technical discovery sessions with government IT teams to understand existing systems and integration requirements
- Design comprehensive integration architectures connecting Authorium with customer ERPs, databases, and legacy systems
- Create detailed data mapping documents, technical specifications, and integration blueprints
- Present technical solutions and implementation plans to customer stakeholders and executive teams
- Manage complex 3-6 month enterprise integration projects from discovery through go-live
- Establish standardized methodologies for integration discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation
- Create comprehensive documentation templates, best practices, and reusable integration patterns
- Develop UAT scripts, QA processes, and cutover planning frameworks
- Build integration governance standards that ensure security, compliance, and scalability
- Partner with Product team to expand APIs and platform capabilities based on customer integration needs
- Architect data integration solutions using ETLWorks and other enterprise integration platforms
- Design and implement data flows between Authorium and customer systems (Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP, custom databases)
- Develop integration patterns including publish/subscribe, batch processing, and real-time data synchronization
- Ensure integrations meet government compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, StateRAMP, FedRAMP)
- Collaborate with our data integration engineer on technical implementation
- Define integration platform strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business growth
- Evaluate and recommend integration tools, platforms, and architectural approaches
- Plan for scaling integration capabilities to support 100+ enterprise customers
- Hire and develop integration team members as business grows
- Establish performance metrics and success criteria for integration delivery
- 5+ years of enterprise data integration experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical roles leading complex B2B implementations
- Proven track record with ETL/ELT platforms and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience managing lengthy enterprise software implementation cycles
- Expert knowledge of integration platforms (ETLWorks, Informatica, Talend, or similar)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
- Intermediate SQL skills and database technologies (PostgreSQL, data warehouses)
- API design, REST/SOAP services, and modern integration patterns
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, custom enterprise systems)
- Enterprise software integration experience, preferably in regulated industries
- Government technology or public sector experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP)
- Experience with complex procurement and government sales cycles
- Excellent technical presentation skills for customer and executive audiences
- Strong project management capabilities for complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
- Experience creating technical documentation, process frameworks, and test scripts
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Interest or experience mentoring technical team members and build high-performing teams
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- High emotional intelligence and collaborative approach to customer relationships
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Passion for using technology to modernize government operations

- Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000
