Description :Clinical Director of Behavioral Services Specialty:Hiring Range: $126,110.40 to $172,348.80Pay Range: $126,110.40 to $195,478.40Summary of Job Responsibilities:The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Outpatient Services / Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Specialty Services is responsible for providing clinical direction and oversight to respective programs in the Behavioral Services Outpatient Division / Behavioral Services Specialty Division.Qualifications:SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF’s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services: * Ph.D. in social work, psychology, or related mental health field; OR Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related mental health field required.
  • Current Alaska license in designated field
  • Three (3) years of clinical experience post licensure, with two (2) years of experience in outpatient/specialty behavioral health.
  • Two (2) years of clinical supervisor experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinical Supervisor at SCF.
Additional Qualifications for the following positions:Clinical Director of Behavioral Services Specialty over Dena A CoyClinical Director of Behavioral Services Outpatient over Four Directions and Valley Four Directions * Obtain Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) approval within three (3) years of the Provisional Provider Application approval date with the State of Alaska.Native Preference:Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training. SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.Employee Health Requirements:Compliance with our Employee Health Procedure is a condition of SCF employment. You are required to agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment. Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position, requires that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis), and COVID-19 vaccination is required.
