As the Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for working on complex technical problems, providing innovative solutions, and acting independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with quality inspections and assembly processes. You will have the opportunity to lead quality inspection efforts, mentor less experienced engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineers, tool technicians, and customers.Your responsibilities will include:

This position is in Camden.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.Basic Qualifications-Bachelors Degree in a STEM related field or higher.-Advanced knowledge of AS9100D Quality systems and pertinent Quality practices.-Mechanical skills and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) understanding.-Ability to develop, apply, and analyze effectiveness of quality methods.-Ability to proactively review and develop documentation/drawing for compliance with requirements, use tools for documentation and corrective action of non-conformances.-Exhibit business professionalism and values.-Excellent communication and presentation skills.-Advanced interpersonal skills.-Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
