Responsibilities
- Responsible for working collaboratively with a cross-functional internal team and International’s supply base to implement the Category Management Team’s (CMT) commercial goals.
- Manage the execution of contract price updates, which involves collaborating with the Category Managers, Commodity
- Managers and Finance Team.
- Resolve day-to-day supply issues to ensure continued supply of parts to our Production Plants and Program timing.
- Execute RFQs by adding parts to pricing contracts in alignment with CMT strategy.
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers and internal customers.
- Facilitate new supplier onboarding.
- Assist in the resolution of supplier payment/invoice issues.
- Manage pricing contracts for accuracy and information updates.
- Routes agreements within the procurement system for internal review and approval.
- Execute requisitions for supplier purchase orders.
- Orchestrate supplier source change notices to production plant teams for review and system updates.
- At least 3 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
- Master’s degree
Desired Skills
- Experience with Ivalua, Peoplesoft, or related procurement software.
- Procurement
- Advanced hands on experience with Excel
