
Assembly Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assembly personnel to meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and implement standardized processes that optimize manufacturing flow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule, instruct, guide, and support team members to ensure efficient and effective assembly operations.
- Ensure compliance with engineering designs, customer contracts, supplier agreements, corporate directives, legal and regulatory standards, and CPD policies.
- Drive Continuous Improvement with manufacturing
- Enforce company policies clearly and fairly, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations, wage reviews, attendance tracking, and accurate payroll data verification.
- Champion BW People-centric Leadership principles through consistent leadership and engagement with the team.
- Maintain awareness of industry best manufacturing practices via benchmarking and continuous improvement efforts to ensure operational excellence.
- Foster collaboration across ancillary business units to enhance overall business execution.
- Participate in personal development and encourage team members’ growth through training and educational opportunities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineering etc..) preferred
- Associate degree from a technical school or 2-year or equivalent with 10 + years experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
- Minimum five years of proven leadership experience in a comparable large machine assembly environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills required.
- Directly supervise assembly employees and manage all aspects of team leadership including recruitment, training, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety protocols, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with employees and customers.
- Strong mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpretation of measurements and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work with limited standardization, interpreting diverse instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagram, schedule).
