- Own entire recruitment pipelines from sourcing to closing (yes, ALL of it)
- Get creative in finding new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking (rejection is part of the game)
- Bring hustle energy EVERY day to find candidates and get them in front of clients
- Maintain meticulous records in Recruiterflow (organization matters in chaos)
- Create job postings that actually attract talent
- Submit candidates with all the information decision-makers need
- Guide candidates through the process, making it smooth despite the pace
- Navigate the offer process, including tough salary negotiations
- High-volume recruiting means constant pressure
- Cold outreach requires thick skin and persistence
- Multiple clients with competing priorities will test your organization skills
- Fast-paced environment leaves little room for procrastination
- You'll need to make independent decisions without constant direction
- You’ve recruited before: at least 6–12 months experience in agency or high-volume tech recruiting
- You’re US based able to work PST / EST hours as needed
- You’re confident in LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean logic, ATS workflows, and email outreach
- You’re unafraid of cold emailing and know how to manage rejection
- You have an eye for quality—strong pedigrees, impactful tenure, technical depth
- You can write clean, concise, high-conversion emails and submissions
- You’re self-managed and structured in fast-moving environments
- Location: Remote (US Preferred)
- Contract: $15–$30/hr (3-month contract-to-hire) depending on location.
- Conversion: Full-time W2 with base salary, benefits, and commission ($60 - 70K base + 50K OTE - $110-120K Total Comp First Year)
