- Support financial strategies that align with global business goals.
- Coordinate budgeting, long-range planning, financial forecasts, and reviews.
- Deliver variance analysis and insightful financial reporting to inform business decisions.
- Leverage Power BI and other tools to visualize profitability, compare actuals versus budgets, and support investment decisions.
- Maintain accurate updates on global customer and program profitability.
- Create management presentations and executive updates.
- Continuously improve reporting processes for greater efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and company financial policies, including proper cost center classification and cost confidentiality.
- Support audit activities through the generation of narratives and analytics for interim and annual reports.
- Standardize and streamline workflows to optimize structure and mitigate risk.
- Lead and develop an FP&A team, including performance management, hiring, and professional development.
- Foster employee career growth and retention via ongoing training, feedback, and recognition.
- Demonstrate and provide training/support in systems such as Hyperion Planning, HFM, and QAD.
- Partner with global leadership, HR, operations, and regional finance teams to ensure accurate cost center / people cost reporting, headcount planning, and financial transparency.
- Fulfill global data requests for cross-functional teams.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally with Tier one auto supplier and manufacturing background.
- Strong financial acumen with a comprehensive understanding of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and their interrelationships.
- Experience with standardized cost
- Advanced analytical skills and deep knowledge of financial statements with great attention to detail.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, HFM, Hyperion Planning, and QAD desired.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant certifications like CFA/CPA are a plus).
