- Collaborate with the loan processor, loan officer, and the lender from origination to close to ensure loan closing.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as mortgage lending product and program guidelines and policies.
- Close loan files by collecting necessary documentation, reviewing loan packages, collaborate with escrow and title.
- Ensure all closing conditions are satisfied and executed according to closing instructions.
- Audit dates and compliance requirements to perfect each electronic loan file before closing.
- Keep the loan calendar up to date with active mortgage closings.
- Has the ability to work in-office, at our Eagle, ID location.
- Extremely organized with great time management, strategic file management, and strong analysis skills is preferred.
- Familiarity with loan products such as Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA; as well as knowledge of mortgage industry regulations from origination to post-closing is needed.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills are required.
- 2+ years of experience of previous real estate mortgage loan processing, lending, or closing experience is preferred, experience with banking, credit unions, or financial services funding is suitable.
- Candidates must be proficient with MS Office, lending, or title software, NMLS experience is desired.
