- Lead the design, development, and implementation of programs that support Black entrepreneurs, focusing on case management and resource coordination.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in services and opportunities for new program initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor program coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective program execution.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- Maintain relationships with community organizations, business leaders, and government agencies to enhance program visibility and impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic partnerships that expand resources and opportunities for Black-owned businesses.
- Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to assess effectiveness and measure outcomes.
- Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and drive program improvements.
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist with identifying and pursuing funding opportunities to support program initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, program administration, nonprofit management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing programs or projects in a non-profit or community development organization
- Proven track record of success in program planning, implementation, evaluation, and data analysis
- Ability to support grant writing and fundraising efforts
- Passion for entrepreneurship, business development, and community development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Experience with Google products for collaboration and communication.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Monday.com is a plus
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Michigan’s business landscape
