ShareTop JobLocated in Corpus Christi, TXSalary: 22.00We're seeking an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician for a property in Calallen! This job is a temp-to-hire, pay is $22/HR! The schedule is full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm!Duties:
  • Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry, and appliance repairs as needed for interior and exterior work orders
  • Work with the Maintenance Supervisor on any renovations and assist with maintaining inventory
  • Work with various power tools to complete work orders
  • Complete emergency after-hours work orders as needed
Qualifications:
  • Must have a High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
  • HVAC Certified
  • Drivers License
  • Clear Criminal Background
  • Must have reliable transportation (other than the bus!)
