As the RN Clinical Leader, you'll be the clinical heartbeat of your household—working closely with your Household Leader to ensure high-quality care and smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing admissions and discharges
- Completing and managing MDS assessments
- Reviewing and following up on pharmacy reports
- Keeping QAPI trackers up to date
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- A compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills
