We are hiring a high-performing, adaptable clinician who learns quickly on the job, executes with excellence, and thrives in a results-driven environment.Position SummaryWe seek an NP or PA with at least 3 years of clinical experience to provide comprehensive, longitudinal care across service lines including, but not limited to: hormone optimization (BHRT, TRT), medical weight loss and metabolic health, peptide therapy, device-based aesthetic medicine, and holistic lifestyle coaching.Core ResponsibilitiesHormone OptimizationEvaluate and manage Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).Order/interpret labs; design and adjust individualized protocols; track outcomes.Educate patients on physiology, expectations, and long-term prevention.Medical Weight Loss & Metabolic HealthConduct metabolic and lifestyle assessments; create personalized, lab-informed plans.Prescribe and monitor GLP-1 therapy (e.g., semaglutide).Address root contributors such as insulin resistance and chronic inflammation.Peptide TherapyPrescribe and monitor peptides including, but not limited to agents supporting hormone balance, metabolic function, tissue repair, recovery, and performance.Maintain current knowledge of evolving protocols and safety considerations.Device-Based Medical Aesthetics (experience preferred)Perform non-invasive procedures including, but not limited to:Diode laser hair removalIPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and DPL (Dynamic Pulsed Light)CO₂ laser resurfacing for texture and photodamageEnsure rigorous safety, documentation, and patient education.Note: We do not offer neurotoxins or dermal fillers.Functional & Holistic WellnessApply systems-based, preventive frameworks to fatigue, weight resistance, gut issues, and hormonal dysregulation.Integrate nutrition, supplementation, sleep, stress, and activity prescriptions.Coordinate care within a physician-led, multidisciplinary team.What Success Looks LikeYou are curious, ask incisive questions, and translate new knowledge into action quickly.You are adaptable under changing protocols and technologies.You are accountable, organized, and consistently deliver measurable patient outcomes.You build trust through clear communication and education.Required QualificationsActive California NP or PA license.3+ years of clinical practice.Demonstrated interest or experience in any of the following: BHRT/TRT, metabolic/weight management, peptide therapy, device-based aesthetics, or functional medicine.Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and follow-through.Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.What We OfferCompetitive compensation with performance incentives.Structured training and mentorship in hormone health, peptide therapy, metabolic care, and aesthetic platforms.A growth-oriented culture focused on prevention, outcomes, and patient experience.Advancement opportunities within a multi-location wellness practice.
