Oversees daily operations of the field staff for both acute and non-acute care programs. This includes daily assignments. Duties include but not limited to payroll, weekend and on-call scheduling. Assures compliance with all grant/non-acute program requirements and record keeping. Supervises and directs the provision of care given by field staff. Provides timely feedback on performance including quality of care, documentation, timeliness, and productivity. Works in cooperation with the Clinical Director to guide field staff orientation and ongoing field staff development. Participates with agency performance improvement activities. Interacts with other managers to assess staff performance and provide quality feedback as needed. Assist with overall agency functions as needed. Required Length and Type of Education
2 years minimum home health experience
Minimum 2 years clinical experience in other health care setting as a licensed LPN
