- Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department events. Maintain and coordinate the executive's daily schedule.
- Type and design general correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs. Proofread for spelling, grammar, layout, and accuracy, making necessary changes. Ensure the final copy is accurate and clear.
- Plan, create, and coordinate visual presentations, disseminate information, and coordinate mailings.
- Establish, develop, maintain, and update a filing/information storage system for timely retrieval.
- Prepare and submit travel reimbursement forms and invoices for payment.
- Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff. Handle confidential, routine, and non-routine information, explaining policies when necessary.
- Exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload, recommending changes in office practices and procedures.

- Consistently demonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply. 5+ years of experience in secretarial, office, or administrative work preferred.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
