
Client Service Executive

- Project managing of assigned Enrollment Solutions deals
- Working closely with Client Manager (CM) to understand all dynamics of client engagement
- Creating content and independently lead the implementation call for Enrollment Solutions
- Internally developing relevant delivery scope, ensuring timelines met and delivery on track (coordinates with technology, communications, the Enrollment Counselors, field, etc.)
- Aligning closely with the Client Manager on content for weekly call agendas and items of customer concern
- Defining the program governance controls
- Planning the overall program, monitor progress and address any obstacles
- Handling risks and issues and taking corrective measurements, discussing resource options with DCS
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies inside and outside of the organization
- Identifying and bringing together resources across projects
- Develop and partner with vested parties in all communication
- Aligning the results to the project's goals with the aid of the CM and DCS
- Running the main project plan
- Two+ years of benefits experience, with a strong preference for Voluntary Benefits experience
- Two+ years of project management experience
- Client management experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication, plus organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
