Job Posting Summary*Up to $1,200 Sign on Bonus*Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Physical Therapy Assistant to our Outpatient Rehab Department in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN position which will support weekday coverage of our Baptist outpatient rehab clinics across the Jacksonville metro area. No weekend requirements.We are looking to add a Physical Therapy Assistant to our adult outpatient team. Caseload includes various diagnoses - neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and general medical.   • Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, provides physical therapy services to patients, as prescribed by the attending physician, in order to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability.
  • Participates in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities.
  • Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
  • Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.
