Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30-minute client well-being checks.
Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Maintains a professional and therapeutic approach when interacting with clients.
Participates with staff to implement program objectives and philosophy.
Facilitates and documents daily groups.
Attends supervision, trainings and meetings as required.
