
Field Service Manager

- Manage installation, repair, software loading, and maintenance of ATMs and related products
- Optimize FSE schedules for coverage and cost control
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Conduct root-cause analysis using data to drive improvements
- Schedule FSEs for installations and projects
- Oversee PTO and flex day planning
- Monitor SLA compliance and customer relationships
- Manage inventory and approve timecards and expenses
- Collaborate with regional and internal teams on assigned tasks
- Maintain flexibility for a 24/7 work schedule
- Mentor and develop FSEs for career growth
- Independently manage operations with minimal supervision
- Maintain company property and responsibly use company credit card
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or 5-8 years of field management/supervisory experience
- Experience managing up to 40 service technicians
- Experience managing a P&L
- Background in ATM servicing and SLA management
- Familiarity with companies equipment such as Cennox, Glory, Dell, Hitachi, NCR, Triton, GRG BANKING, OKI Electric, Euronet is a plus
- Strong knowledge of technology services and field operations
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Skilled in performance management and HR processes
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Proven ability to foster team cohesion and positive work environments
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Must reside in Ohio (remote work permitted)
- Must hold a valid driver's license
