More Specifics on Job Responsibilities:As an installer, your primary duties encompass a range of critical tasks, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. These responsibilities include:
Work under the direction of the Crew Chief or Production Manager to install crawl space and basement waterproofing solutions in the customer’s home
Follow our procedures and work effectively as part of a crew
Install crawl space and basement solutions in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment and material needed to complete the project
Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters
Complete projects efficiently and safely
Use and maintains appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers

Pay: The position is paid a highly competitive hourly rate and is eligible for bonus and overtime.
Per Diem Pay: There will be additional compensation for overnight travel.
