- Provide operational oversight of Lucero, including staffing, inventory, and service standards.
- Coordinate daily operations to maintain quality, consistency, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members, creating schedules and promoting a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to enhance menu offerings and uphold food presentation standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenue targets, implement cost-control measures, and drive overall profitability.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations, ensuring adequate stock levels while managing costs.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections to uphold standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and policy alignment.
- Address guest feedback promptly and effectively, resolving issues to maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
- Support other F&B outlets as directed by the Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Outlets, ensuring consistency in service and operations across the hotel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of managerial experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and lift/push/pull up to 40lbs.
- Must have TIPS and Food Handlers certifications.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
