OneNorth Integrated Facility Solutions is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team! This position focuses primarily on periodic floor and carpet maintenance at various contract sites.   • Perform scheduled floor and carpet maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaning.
  • Operate and maintain floor care equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors.
  • Assist with routine custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.
  • Travel to various contract sites as required.
Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of experience in floor maintenance and 3 months of custodial work experience required.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work as most jobs are during overnight hours.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must have a valid drivers license as this position requires driving a company vehicle.
  • Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
