  • Connect individuals with lifesaving treatments
  • Engage in delicate conversations with active listening
  • Use critical thinking to answer questions and concerns of patients
  • Be the go-to person, bridging the gap between patients and their providers
  • Handle various tasks, including: Recording important information into EMR systems, scheduling appointments, assisting with medication refills, etc.
  • Be a guiding light for patients in need

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume customer service industry- Think Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Restaurant, Food and Beverage, Contact centers, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
