A growing manufacturing and distribution company in Menomonee Falls is looking for a reliable Material Handler to join their team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations through accurate receiving, inventory handling, and timely delivery of materials to production areas.What You’ll Be Doing:Stock raw materials in production areas to ensure continuous workflowReceive and verify incoming shipments—checking part numbers, dimensions, quantities, and qualityInspect materials for any damage during transitDeliver materials to appropriate storage or production areasMaintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving dock and aislesOccasionally drive and unload box trucks as neededWhat We're Looking For:At least 3 years of forklift driving experienceStrong attention to detail and a consistent safety recordBasic computer skillsAbility to follow directions and communicate in basic EnglishDependable attendance and strong work ethicPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionallyCapable of bending, standing, and walking for extended periodsOperate motorized equipment such as forklifts, including getting on and off frequentlyAbility to visually inspect incoming and outgoing materialsWork Environment:Manufacturing floor settingModerate physical activity with regular movement and equipment handlingClean, team-focused environment where urgency and accuracy are keyThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a dependable team supporting production success.
