The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a consultant to operations on human resource related issues within a specific operational area or physical location defined by the Care New England organizational structure. Successful Senior HR Business Partners are employee champions and change agents. This role is responsible for implementing and enforcing the strategic HR direction at the guidance of the Sr. Leadership in the areas of recruitment, training and development, change management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Collaboration with members of not only the location-specific HR team, but also front line management in the operational area. Regular interaction with the department managers is essential to assess and anticipate HR-related needs and issues.
Bachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred in Human Resources, Business Management, or other related field with five to seven years' progressive experience in Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Certification in at least one major HR discipline such as PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or CBP preferred. Must have knowledge of MS office products, Power-point, Word, Excel, and Access. Strong conflict resolution skills are required as well as excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
