  • Hourly Pay Rate:$17.00 - $18.00 DOE, plus $1.75 hourly shift differential
  • Hours: 3:00 pm – 11:30pm Monday- Friday

Key Duties / Responsibilities
  • Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
  • Perform equipment start-up, shut-down and preventive maintenance.
  • Sample and monitor product quality coming off the system, making modifications as needed.
  • Troubleshoot packaging system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
  • Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
  • Supports the manufacture of personal products through a continuous production operation, requiring an understanding of work methods and procedures as well as various binding machines.
  • Work is typically routine, although some discretion may be allowed. Applies limited knowledge and expertise applicable to specialty for the implementation of predominantly short-term tasks and projects for business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned. This job description describes one skill (or part of a skill) within a multi-skilled production team member job.
Decision Making: Mechanical troubleshooting, production/priority decisions relating to maintenance and qualityQualificationsExperience / Skills / Abilities Required:Minimum 0 - 3 years previous machine operating or production experience in a team environment preferred.Average to above average mechanical ability helpful.Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: Manufacturing Environment - walking, standing, bending, twisting, grasping, reaching above and below shoulder, lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and up to 70 pounds on occasion.
