ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with underwriting and distribution teams to support data-driven decision making.Generate monthly reports and manage a variety of scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requests.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems and outputs.Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand advanced analytical needs.Develop compelling business cases to support process improvements and organizational change.Document processes, methodologies, and best practices to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field required.5–10 years of hands-on experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.Insurance industry experience strongly preferred, but not required.Expert-level skills in Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation.Proficient in SQL and data mining techniques; strong report-building experience.Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is a major plus.Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.Deep understanding of how data informs and enhances core business functions.Ability to investigate data at the source and understand its origin, structure, and business value.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently.Strong problem-solver with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach.Comfortable working in a distributed or remote team environment.
