  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
  • Support capital equipment planning, layout design, and workflow improvements to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality management systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years working in electronics-related products or processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing leadership or supervisory roles strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and process validation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
