Oversee the design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of the applicable programs, products and services.
Complete monthly (at minimum) quality assurance review to ensure grant & agency requirements are being met, including but not limited to file reviews for appropriate documentation; review leading indicator metrics with relevant staff & make service adjustments as needed.
Supervise staff and interns of varying experience levels.
Perform other appropriate duties as assigned.

High level of language proficiency in Arabic, Farsi/Dari, Kinyarwanda, Somali, Spanish, and/or Swahili preferred (not required).
Additional language proficiency in Amharic, Oromo, Tigrinya a plus.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, MSW preferred
Education requirement can be offset by equivalent experience in social services.
