Kforce has a client that is searching for a Hardware Engineer - Circuit Card Design in Marlborough, MA. Summary: Our client is seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join a talented, collaborative team developing secure communications technology used worldwide. In this role, you will design, prototype, and test high-speed digital circuit boards that power advanced encrypted communications systems. You will leverage modeling, simulation, schematic capture, and signal integrity tools while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of related hardware design experience
  • Expertise in the design of high-speed digital circuit boards
  • Knowledge of modeling, simulation, schematic capture, and signal integrity tools, such as Mentor Graphics DxDesigner preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
