- Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in admissions or related field or a total of twelve years of experience in lieu of degree. (Senior Admissions Reader)
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Experience in enrollment management and/or hiring committees
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet regular deadlines
- Willingness and ability to learn new CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team with excellent initiative and judgement
