We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialists (COS) for a project-based positions running from September 2024 through December 2024. The Onboarding Specialist will be the first point of contact for our Medicare Advantage clients, helping them through the onboarding process with clarity and confidence.The COS plays a vital role in increasing placement rates by building rapport, educating clients, resolving issues, and ensuring application accuracy. When applicable, you'll introduce Value Based Care (VBC) options and conduct Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).These positions requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and empathy.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to recently submitted applicants to offer assistance and support.Verify client information and application accuracy.Provide clear, helpful responses to inquiries about Medicare Supplement and Advantage plans.Ensure clients are confident and satisfied with their selected plan.Introduce and explain Value Based Care (VBC) options as part of the coverage.Navigate multiple systems while engaging with clients.Escalate issues or uncertainties to the original sales agent for resolution.Schedule follow-up calls and respond to callbacks, voicemails, and emails.Participate in team meetings and training sessions.Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience in every interaction.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year of pre-sales or customer service experiencePrevious experience in Medicare health insurance is preferredDemonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer serviceStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsTech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and toolsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlinesPosition DetailsProject Duration: September 2024 - December 2024 (Extension possible)Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMPay Details: $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
