The ideal candidate has a strong background in installing plumbing systems in commercial settings and is ready to contribute to a wide variety of commercial construction and renovation projects.We are committed to delivering top-tier craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, and we’re seeking someone who shares those values.Key Responsibilities:
- Install water supply lines, sanitary systems, gas lines, and fixtures in commercial buildings
- Follow blueprints, building codes, and job specifications to ensure installations meet all local and state regulations
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site
- Identify and report any design or installation issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist in training and supervising apprentices or helpers as needed
- Minimum 2–4 years of commercial plumbing installation experience
- Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Experience with large-scale commercial or institutional projects (e.g., schools, hospitals, warehouses, multi-family structures)
- Ability to operate equipment such as pipe threaders, pipe benders, and welding tools
