
Associate Director, Media Sales (SF)

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media agencies (holding companies) and Fortune 500 brands to drive business growth.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and follow-up.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales development team to engage prospects and schedule meetings.
- Work closely with media strategy and client services teams to plan and execute campaigns.
- Contribute to the company's overall marketing strategies and product development initiatives.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on trends.
- Provide mentorship and support to new hires and junior team members.
- You're passionate about digital media and advertising technology, and have established agency relationships with Tier 1 agencies and Fortune 500 brands
- You demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

- Between 3-7 years of experience in digital media sales with a strong track record of success working with fortune 500 brands and tier 1 agencies
- Strong experience in managed service digital advertising sales
- Strong relationships with Tier 1 digital media agencies/Holding Companies within your territory
- Currently working at an adtech company (ideally an SSP)
