- Assist in the development of structural designs and drawings for buildings and infrastructure projects.
- Perform structural analysis under the guidance of other engineers.
- Create and modify models and construction documents using CAD and BIM software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure design accuracy and project coordination.
- Support the preparation of technical reports, calculations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Lead structural analysis and design efforts for a variety of civil engineering projects.
- Oversee the development of detailed drawings and models using CAD and BIM software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Review and approve technical documentation, calculations, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and client communication.
- Approximately 4 years of experience in structural or civil design.
- Solid understanding of structural analysis and engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must have structural design experience in Revit.
- Ideal project experience includes wastewater, industrial, commercial or multi-family.
