- Coordinates with Arch Reps in specific markets & supports needs for work with prospective customers including Architects, Designers, Developers, General Contractors, and National Accounts. Requiring sample entry & large project tracking through Sales Force for all accounts including requests by the Arch Rep team.
- Supports Commercial Sales Team relationships with customers through Sales Force Management, Business Intelligence, marketing (digital and physical), samples/tracking, product presentations, pricing requests & value engineer alternates.
- Maintains regional C&D accounts virtually & determines if an account needs to transition to an Arch Rep who can service the account in person on a regular basis.
- Travel will not be a part of assigned duties unless related to emergency sample couriers or errands related to an industry event.
- Prospects new and maintains existing National Accounts through email & the National Account database. Follows up and reports information quarterly on product forecast and construction schedules.
- This task should be done by the NAM assistant role and provided to ARIS
- Organizes & executes new product launches as needed, both internally for the Commercial Team and externally to the client base.
- Attends customer events, and runs and maintains regional and sub-market social media platform pages.
- Assisting in building a new product or technical PowerPoint presentation programs as well as templates for weekly digital marketing campaigns including, but not limited to; email, social media, case studies, etc.
- Develops in-depth knowledge and expertise of all Daltile/Marazzi/AO products, allied products, vendor products, and installation methods.
- Organizes attends & maintains calendar invites for Market Strategy Meetings & Large Project Tracking Meetings. Opportunity information is to be updated utilizing SalesForce to ensure all pertinent project details are captured and progress of the opportunity as well as closing the opportunity once won, lost, or abandoned.
- Manages regional quote email account. Distributes email/information appropriately and attaches quotes/documents to correct SF projects or leads.
- Manages Dodge database through SF and Dodge directly. Adds projects, updates, and collaborators to the project as new information is available.
- Adheres to all regulatory guidelines and company policy as it relates to safety and our guiding principles.
- Direct support for Regional Commercial Sales Manager with all other assigned duties as required.
- Requires BA degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Proven business focused Social Media competency
- Thorough CRM experience.
- 2+ years of sales or industry experience.
