Job Title: Electrical Engineering TechnicianJob Type: 6-Month ContractOverview:A 6-month contract opportunity is available for an Electrical Engineering Technician to support electronics assembly, soldering, and testing for advanced aerospace hardware. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in RF systems and precision electronic work.Key Responsibilities:
Perform electronics soldering, assembly, and testing
Read and interpret schematics for RF systems
Conduct surface mount soldering under a microscope
Build and test multi-wire cable harnesses
Operate test equipment including vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and digital multimeters
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in soldering, including surface mount techniques
Experience using a wide range of electronic test equipment
Ability to work with complex electronic systems and schematics
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Certifications such as J-STD-001, IPC-6018, or IPC-6010
Previous experience in the aerospace industry
Work Environment:
Manufacturing and testing environment with tight program deliverables
Collaborative team focused on RF and space applications
