- Collaborative Care Coordination: Partner with the healthcare team to seamlessly develop, coordinate, and implement the patient's plan of care.
- Independent & Delegated Interventions: Execute independent nursing interventions and implement care delegated, ordered, or prescribed by licensed health care providers.
- Safe & Effective Care Delivery: Provide high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care, promoting a therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
- Patient Advocacy: Champion the best interests of individual patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and personal wishes are respected.
- Continuous Evaluation: Regularly evaluate patient responses to interventions and the overall effectiveness of the plan of care, making necessary adjustments.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work in close coordination with other healthcare professionals to manage and implement care across various settings.
- Health Promotion & Education: Provide essential health promotion, disease prevention, and case management, including designing and delivering teaching plans tailored to patient needs and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Professional Development & Accountability: Maintain clinical practice competency, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and assume accountability for the quality of care delivered.
- Graduation from an accredited professional nursing education program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota (RN:MN).
- Current Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) certification.
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License (AUTO:MN).
- Proof of Auto Insurance (AUTO-INS).
