We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Manager Product Strategy will support specific Care Transformation and Innovation products through its maturation process. This role will support the day to day operational needs of the multi-disciplinary CT&I teams’ perspective/requirements while ensuring alignment to strategy to deliver innovative products that meet our transformational objectives. Monitoring product requirements, enhancements, and bug fixes throughout development, is a key expectation. In order to ensure systems of control and product standards, this role will be require field level awareness of utilization, enhancements, support, and practical use of all CT&I products.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support product requirements creation while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful product development.
  • Support the triage process for product enhancements and troubleshooting needs based on Clinical Operations, Data Science, Business, ITG, Education, Change Management, and Innovation location needs.
  • Maintain a single point-of-contact for the product itself within CT&I.
  • Ensure operational needs for development and deployment are being met and executed on.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of product usage data, end user feedback, field level trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work closely with process engineering and design teams to define and measure the success of new features and product enhancements.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve product performance, user experience, and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in product analytics and apply them to enhance our capabilities.
  • Utilize Agile/iterative methods to ensure product development cycles meet milestones and Collaborate with product managers to define key performance metrics and goals for our products.
  • Job may require up to 25% travel.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Master’s Degree preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, BEHAVIORS: REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience (~3-5 years) as a Product Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven company
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, interpret, and derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and experiment design.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of analysis.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
