Barberan Printing Machine Operator

• Set up, operate, and monitor Barberán single-pass digital printers.
• Interpret job specifications and adjust print settings accordingly (color profiles, resolution, material types, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to keep the machine running efficiently.
• Inspect printed output for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with the design, prepress, and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, maintenance logs, and materials used.
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to maintenance or management promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent;technical/vocational training is a plus.
• Previous experience operating industrial digital printing machines;Barberán experience highly preferred.
• Understanding of digital printing processes, color theory, and materials handling.
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Able to use basic hand tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform all job duties sitting or standing.
