Oversees physical showroom to include maintenance, samples and displays.Essential FunctionsSupports design center processes. Manages all reports and tracking information for assigned projectsAnswers phones, greets customers, schedules, and coordinates DC appointmentsCommunicates regularly with builder personnel, designers, sales team, and manager. Partners with designers and account executives to strategically manage all builder accountsPrepares designer files for appointmentsOrders office and design center supplies, greets customers, and maintains office equipmentProvides project administrative supportAssists with data entry and documents managementWorks with Design Center Manager and vendors to correctly sample and display programs in showrooms. Maintains showroom and displaysIdentifies opportunities for process improvementAssists in setting up new accounts / design centersAssists Design Center Manager as neededIdentifies opportunities for process improvementPerforms other duties as assignedRefers complex, unusual problems to supervisorUnder general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, techniques.
