At least 5 years' R&D or service delivery experience in in RAN with a focus on LTE and 5G technologies. Demonstrated technology leadership, strong communication and influencing skills, and strong customer interactions skills Strong understanding of the end-to-end RAN solutions and LTE/5G SA/NSA architectures in RAN services. Strong understanding of Cloud RAN, Open-RAN, Cloud Native (Docker and K8S), and SMO. Expertise in 4G/5G KPIs and performance monitoring metrics (throughput, latency, call drop rates) Proven experience in troubleshooting customer issues, RCA analysis and issue resolution with effective final solutions.
